    1. So I took my 3 week off season break, x trained and stuff and I did my first run yesterday like 6.5k, I was wondering is it ok to start running 6 days a week like I did during xc season right away? I'm just doing base for like a month now.

    2. Is it ok to weight train at 15? or is that too early?

    thanks!

    1. Yes, you should be fine.

    2. Yes, higher reps and lower weight would be better.

    1. You should be but if you feel it's too much take a rest day.

    2. Yeah just don't do it every day and +1 to what miler said.

    1. I'd easy into it, say do 4-5 days and slightly lower mileage for a week or two, but you can jump right into it without to much trouble, except the first couple days.

    2. Sure, weight training is fine. I'd only do 2x a week (that's all the distance squad for my university does) and +1 to higher reps and lighter weights.
