    Do you know of any cheap, yet durable spikes that you could recommend me? I have a wide, flat foot so wider spikes would be good.

    If your talking about track spikes, wouldn't it make more sense to wait for the new ones to come out?

    Or are they already out for indoor?? I dunno.

    I ended up buying the Mizuno Kaze 4. I tryed the Nike Zoom Waffle's and Saucony Shay and they both were hard to get on.
