You could do something about creationism, like if it should be tought in science classes
I think that would fit science v. religion ??

A lot of biology (topics that come to the top of my head are cloning, embryonic stem cell research, stem cell therapy, genetic engineering.. basically any topic considered biotechnics, there might be a list of topics on wikipedia, idk)

If you're looking at both the past and present, flat earth v.s. round earth and geocentric v.s. heliocentric are old examples.

Mostly it is within topics that fall under biology because religion is, fundamentally, all about life and biology is the science of life, so they have the most overlap in theories, beliefs, etc.

Physics deals a lot with the nature of the universe so there's some there too, like the big bang theory goes a good bit into physics, which obviously conflicts w/ most religions (Though really if you interpret the bible differently than most people do, you can make an argument that if evolution, big bang, etc are fact they are instruments of God to create the universe, earth, life etc)

Chemistry I can't see any major conflicts...

Geology maybe, because it has to do with the history of the earth...

Astronomy and the origin and nature of the cosmos...etc

P.S. I found the quote in my signature, but I can't find who said it and it's bugging me. +100 cool points to anyone who can find it.

There probably isn't a god. Humans evolved from an ape-like ancestor which existed some 6 to 8 million years ago. Science explains everything.

Sun orbits around earth vs earth orbits around sun, and universe is 6000 years old vs billions of years old are two. I'm sure there are tons more.
