I just wanted a donation to an org to, but my mom wouldn't, at least not as my entire present. So I put a lot of stuff on my list. I don't expect or want them to get me everything, there is just a lot for them to pick and choose.

    Camera
    New hoodie and hat
    A board game
A new bed for my dog
A donation to an organization, really I want them to let me go on a volunteering trip, but I don't think they will...
I think I'm going to get the camera, but I'll have to pitch in and it will be a birthday/christmas present. My birthday is in january. A hat, trivial pursuit and maybe a new bed for my dog.

Haha oh yeah definitely, I was just thinking of the environmentalist charitable types (pretty much all the student leaders at school and stuff) at my school are against Starbucks, for paying their workers slave labour, for destroying rain forests in South America and stuff... I'm completely against them, I think it's good Starbucks gives them jobs.

Isn't there a big anti starbucks/department store/any-big-chain thing among kids in the US?

Yes, but I always figured it had to do with the fact that most people don't have the money to finance a $5 a day coffee addiction, when they can brew at home for a fraction of the cost

I've decided I'm gonna go raid my LWS/Tri store and put almost everything on my list. I want a really nice TYR wetsuit and maybe aero bars.
    Of course, clothes.
And whatever other triathlon gear I can come up with.
    Maybe a new HR monitor
    Training DVDs
    iTunes cards
    Lotsa other stuff

I'd get the wii, because while the garmin is useful for running, the wii is pretty much pure fun

if it were my choice, i'd get a garmin, simply because wii games get old fast imo. aside from mario kart and ssbb, i dont think i've played a wii game for more than a week lol.
then again, i'd rather just pocket the money and get neither.

Yeah, the Garmin seems more useful, especially the 405. You can buy a HR Monitor, foot pod, and cadence sensor, which makes it even more useful. I got a Wii last year and I haven't used it in at least 4 months. Waste
