This is really weird, but I have never run five miles. Like, I've run beyond five miles a lot and I do six milers or four milers often on easy days, but I have never just gone out and run five miles. Idk why but this just seems really weird to me somehow haha.

28:12 -from a 5 mile race I did this past summer.
I wanted to go low 27's at the next 5 miler I do I a few weeks because I wanted to beat the girl kenyans that show up at this race but I'll be out of shape by then. The guy Kenyans come too but there is no way I would beat them or be anywhere close even in peak shape.
