Sunny, yet cold, Sundailies
5K road race. Temperature was in the 60s, perfect weather. Got 21:35, an official PR. Last two 5Ks were shorter and longer than the distance.

Congrats TBK!
Rest Day again.
I'm going to see the doctor tomorrow about my knee and I'll hopefully be getting an MRI to figure out what's wrong.

Hockey game tonight if I have time with my stupid essay, and I feel energetic enough, because I'm exhausted from my race yesterday.

Re: Sunny, yet cold, Sundailies
I did this relay marathon with a bunch of friends. We all ran 6.5ish. My leg was 6.3miles. It was windy.
Then 30minutes right after to make it my long run.
Probably weights and core.
