    5K road race. Temperature was in the 60s, perfect weather. Got 21:35, an official PR. Last two 5Ks were shorter and longer than the distance.

    I'm going to see the doctor tomorrow about my knee and I'll hopefully be getting an MRI to figure out what's wrong.

    wow thats exactly what I told my mom.. she complains that its always messy but after practice and school/clubs that is the last thing I want to do. So the weekend is my big cleaning day (hurrahh)

    I did this relay marathon with a bunch of friends. We all ran 6.5ish. My leg was 6.3miles. It was windy.
    Then 30minutes right after to make it my long run.
    Probably weights and core.

    clean in terms of just picking up all the clothes off the floor and straightening up all the clutter on my desk lol
