    Marathon Mondailies Empty Marathon Mondailies

Post by thelagwagon Mon Sep 29, 2008 2:05 am

I went for my first run in almost 2 weeks (dentists orders)... was horrible. I lost 5kgs due to not eating much, which would be useful, if it wasn't so unhealthy for me.

Slow 4.5kms... I had to walk for about 100m at the top of the hill :S

Hopefully I can keep that weight of, and keep training.

    3 miles mod-hard
    1600
    1200
    800
    400
    ^ race pace
    800 cool down

I didn't drink any water today and it was hot blah.

URGH and I ended up being the only girl to do it all, the others dropped out. lame!! one girl was complaining and she didn't even do the 3 miles, she jog/walked 1.2ish then complained she was too tired to do the repeats. Cant remember the other excuses. erghhh =/

Nothing, yet again. I was going to do a brick workout for tri base, but then I fell asleep doing my homework Sleep

When I woke up and ate dinner, it was like 8 and I still hadn't done my homework.
I guess training is a little delayed.
Meet tomorrow. NOT looking forward to it. I just wanna do a tri.
