    Does anybody else get more sore/stiff two days after a workout than they do the day after the workout?

    I remember reading somewhere the reason for this, but I don't remember.

    no, if i'm still sore 2 days after then it's just the same.

    That always happens to me. If I do a really hard workout, I usually don't feel it until two days after.

    This happens to me also. Sometimes your body just doesn't feel it til then. Ice baths helps, so do really good recovery runs

    yea, i had a race 2 days ago, and i wasnt too sore yesterday (which was a rest day for me), and now im pretty sore today.
