    130 but I haven't benched since last xc season. We never lift in track. And we dont bench in swimming.

    well my pr was 85, but I havent done bench in forever (I hate it >=/ )
    so its probably only 60 something now.

    it was funny though since I'm so skinny, there were girls in my class who had like 30 pounds on me and couldnt do it, and they would see me do it and go "WHAT? if jessa can do it then why the hell cant I???" haha i guess thats a compliment?? Neutral

    By bench press do you mean one time. Because in xc he said if you can't do it 12 times dont lift that much.

    Ohhh my max is 80. (I was so proud too!) but I said like 65, meaning for multiple reps, that's the weight I usually use.

    I have only done it once on a machine and that was like 80-90 (12 reps, two sets) Max would probably be 110-120, maybe 80 on the free bench
