    I never told you I left because all three admins and our only global mod were all on vacation at the same time and I didnt want some troll to trash the place.

    I had a 5k race on Saturday before I left. I got first in my age group and 5th over all. I ran a 17:08 which is a new pr. I got beat by 3 college xc runners and a 40yr old guy that is fast. Steve Spence was suppose to be there (he won the last 5 times i think) but he never showed. If you don't know who he is you might now his daughter Neely Spence.

    Do you think that running, 3 5ks, a 5 miler, and a 10 miler (which I just want to place my age not race it all out) will burn me out before xc season? I already did 2 out of 3 of the 5ks.

    xc start August 11 I think.
    I forgot to add that I also when to Flying Feet and got Sacony Progrid Riders and a entire racing uniform for road races.
    I also got my permit last Friday.

    it worked out so that i got back right when both you and FK were gone, so there was always an admin. here.

    great job on the PR dude, isn't that the second time you've improved your 5k this summer?
