thing your body does or can take.
or who is for it?
personally i kind of like the idea, but it kind of goes away from the traditional running.
so idk
i just want some other opinions

It is same thing pretty much as hig altitude living-it multiplies red blood cells not by putting little oxygen but more oxygen, 97% to be exact. It was what Terrel Owens used to heal his broken ankle before the Super Bowl.

well salazar once said that we as americans need to get kids doing high quality training in a lot earlier which is why i recruited rupp. look where rupp is now.HXC_Runner2012 wrote:P2 wrote:i was hoping to get really good as a senior and then getting recruited by them so i could skip college and do it after i was done running.
you're gonna skip college running so that people can tell you what your blood pH levels are at every waking moment?

I hope you realize that Rupp was incredibly talented and ran a sub 13:40 5k in high school which is better than German's run this year (as incredible as that also is, though I think German might have broken that record if he ran it in the settings Rupp did).
Besides that, Salazar is not really going to take on any more athletes besides Lambie/Chapa and those aren't really part of his "group" (which includes guys like Rupp, JR, etc).
