no you are not alone. lol
    i hate them.
but my feet are not the nicest thing in the world to look @. i ususally only get blisters on long runs. but the rest of the time. diferent toes get rubbed over and over on the shoe. the skin hardens and turns black, like a calus or something. cause its dead, it falls off and we repeat the process all over again.

in the last 2 years i have never had all 10 toenails at a time. (and i paint my skin tooo Laughing ) my feet are so bad. i was missing 3 toenails at one point after camp last year, and i had 13 blisters and some of them were really big, if you put blister shield powder in your socks, that can help prevent them in the future and when you have one you can put a ton of vasoline on it. If you have blood blisters or normal blisters under your toenails, if its the second one this works best, you can tape your second toe to your big toe with medical tape and it helps not to put as much pressure on it.
and only pop them if they are so big that you can't stand it to run on them, if they are small just let them sink back in, or else they are open wounds.

I hate those black toenails haha. I have one that's been black for like a month and hasn't fallen off yet. Neutral

I try to put band aids on areas that I know will get blisters (like my heels) so I can try to prevent them. It doesn't always work, but it's still worth a shot.

I've never lost a toenail, but I get blisters sometimes. When I get a huuuuge white one, I usually pop it. If you pop them, just make sure you are really clean about it... otherwise it could get infected. I usually dip the needle in alcohol and swab the blister area with bactine both before and after. I've done it this way a few times without any infections.

I've just gotten really hardened feet. I do get blisters occasionally, but not often.

If you get black toenails, you should probably consider moving half a size up in running shoes. Shoes that fit properly won't cause black toenails.

I got my one and only blister ever during XC last year right when I got a new pair of shoes. I remember during one run, it popped and I didn't realize it, and when I got back to the school, someone noticed I had some red on my new shoes, so I took them off to get a closer look, and my sock was COVERED in blood.

I was like lolwut and coach was like "ya... I think you can take tomorrow off"
