it depends on distance, and how i feel

usually an easy run can be anywhere from 6:45 to 7:55. just depends

In the shape I am in, my 5k ppm is 5:30, and I do all of my recovery runs between 6:40-7:00. I never go slower than 7:00, and sometimes I go a little faster than 6:40.

easy runs are called easy for a reason. i run at a pace that is easy for me, not a pace that is x:xx above my goal pr race pace or whateverrr.

but instead of not answering the question my EASY runs are 8:30-7:45 per mile

I usually do mine at 7:30-8:00...so about 1:10-1:40 slower than my 5k PR pace, 1:30-2:00 slower than goal pace for the beginning of the season, and 1:45-2:15 slower than goal pace for the end of the season. Some easy days I just don't want to feel any kind of pain at all (after a hard workout/long run) and I might go as slow as 8:10. I'll only take it down to 7:30 if I'm feeling really good. I don't think easy pace matters as much as long as you're not straight up jogging.
