    Easy 7. It was pretty slow. Probably a little over 8:00. It's pretty f'in hot out there.

    Thanks. I'm pretty much guarenteed a PR (the last time I ran just a 3000m was 2+ years ago, and my PR is a split in a 5000m). Even if I smash my PR by over a minute, I'm not guarenteed to not come last though.

    I was planning on doing 3 X 1mile @ tempo with a few minutes rest in between and a 1 mile warmup and cool down, but I did my first two miles waaaayyy faster than I wanted to... so I didn't do the third. I probably could have, but I really didn't want to do a hard workout in the first place. Later today I am going to do another 2.5 mi. easy to get all my mileage in.

    i went fishing with my dad and caught the biggest fish i ever have. it was 30lbs and 40 incheslong.Then to the beach to finish off a great day.
