I have a friend who is obsessed with Pixar and wants to work for them some day. Maybe he will because he has over a million hits on his Youtube video lol.

You never grow out of Pixar movies. My day (54) maintains that Toy Story is the best movie ever made. If anyone at my school expresses any distaste for any of the good Pixar movies (pretty much all but Cars and maybe The Incredibles, though the latter was entertaining), they get pretty thoroughly blackballed.

As for Wall-E, it was great, but I'd say it ranks behind Ratatouille and Toy Story as the best Pixar movie. It just barely beats out Finding Nemo.

Cars and the Incredibles were bad. Ratatouille, Toy Story, and finding Nemo were the best. I haven't seen Wall-E yet but I hadn't pictured it being better than Finding Nemo.

It would have been a really cute movie, except all I could focus on was the stupid political messages behind the movie... that ruined it for me. Sad

+2, but I didn't let it ruin it for me. Had to tune out my critical thinking for 90 minutes, but it's summer break, so it wasn't too difficult.

There were quite a few anti-corporate and environmental messages in their. Some of them weren't too subtle.

yea but it was supposed to be part of the humor.

Something tells me if all the humans had just been normal people on a ship, that would have made wall-e alot more boring. I mean think of it, the people being fat and lazy was half of the plot. otherwise, the second half of the movie would have been nothing but cliche, because nobody else has ever done a movie about a giant space ship full of fat people, trust me.

wall-e does have subliminal messages and some undertones, but if you think about it, wall-e is a very ORIGINAL movie. I dont think a plot like it has ever been explored before.
