Whats your 5k pr again? I want to beat it at my next 5k in a couple weeks. (its a easy course and some guys told me if i could run a 17:11 on this course i could run under 17 real easy on this next course) I'm in the middle of a racing series.

Actually FK I have not raced a true 5k since a little after winter track, so he could because my pr is still 17:16, so he has technically already beaten it.
Do not think I will be running those times come next xc season though my good friend, I am training for low-16's, maybe if everything goes well, a 15:55.
