im going to be at a camp all next week, so i cant run and the week i come back is going to be hard at practice. we are 2 and 3 mile ppm runs on a really hilly course. what should i do so that i will be able to get good times, if i cant run all next week?

make sure you do a lot of core and stuff stay strong even just a couple excercises would help a lot...and try to run or bike or swim something.

i ran at camp a little bit but i went for longer than a week so i sorta had to...i ran during my free period or during shower time when all the other girls were taking their showers and i would just get my shower last
