I hardly know of many swimming pools, especially ones at the Y that have enough room to run across without turning around every 10 feet. Also, many pools still have their lines set up in there, and when they don't, the people that use the pool go in that general direction.
Also, when I hear aqua running I only think of the underwater treadmill. I don't cross train often, and it's only been on the bike.

But you're right, I suppose aqua running should be on any SAT or GED exam. At my next meeting i'll bring it up and see how many of those kids belong to be in college.
