Well, today I realized how mental running is. I didnt want any of my repeats over a certain time and I just kept telling myself how mad and miserable I would be if I didnt make the time. And i kept saying to myself how the road is a piece of crap that people just walk all over and I am going to run the crap out of it, lol. It worked!

Its easier when your crush or bf/gf is there though. I've noticed that helps a lot..so think of them I guess haha.
