Ugh, it is snowing sideways cats and dogs! I am debating whether or not to go running. If I go running it will be on a treadmill which, do you think it will work for 6x800m repeats? Or, I might just have to take a rest day today instead of tomorrow. Which do you think is the best alternative?

Take today off, do todays workout tomorrow.

Anyway, I did 45 minutes of weights then toughed it through 3 miles outside and did the last 2 miles on the track. Just too snowy to get any traction.

Is a sled workout when you go sledding and sprint up the hill? And your butt hurts because you fell?

if it's the same thing we do then he means pulling a sled (we usaully do it on the field).

anyways, 1 mile warmup, 3 miles hard, 2 mile cooldown.
