Yes, I agree. I am the reason American distance running is a laughing stock. Not the kid who gives advice from what he thinks all the pros do. Those kids aren't pros, so they should not be trained like pros. Bullshit like VO2Max and pace calculators don't mean shit to anyone but people like you. All high schoolers need to know are about how to stay injury free and listen to their coaches. And you by all means don't know a thing about running as proven by your ability and your outrageous belief that whatever works for Ryan Hall or Prefontaine works for everyone.
