    Majors Empty Majors

Post by XCTrackXC Mon Dec 29, 2008 8:08 pm

A lot of people pointed out how many people mentioned a life science/biology, or some other science as what they want to major in during college in past threads, I wanted to make a poll to see how many people wanted to major in a science.

I voted medicine, though it's not really a major. I think I want to major in neuroscience or behavior.

I meant more like area of study/career area you want to go into, i just used the word major to describe it all.

Either Physical therapy or environmental something....

So I guess medicine and physical science? I wasn't sure what to clasify that under.

I'm doing physics, but to get down my career path I need to go to grad school. Which means I need to improve my grades heaps. Getting into university will be hard for me, let alone getting a high GPA.

So I'm going to try my hardest, but if after one year of physics I'm not getting B+ and A- at minimum for everything, then I'm going to transfer into fiance. I can ace most essay writing things, such as economics, biology, geography and stuff, so finance should be easier for me. It's a pain in the ass how I'm not good at the things I actually want to be though haha. I struggle to get above average grades for maths/physics type subjects.
