alot of schools have a pond jump. but last year the firfighters made the kids get out after a certain amount of time before they would get sick or seriously ill.
the runners dont do it. but one year i will.. if my coach lets me..

We have the Polar Bear Plunge. A bunch of people jump in the Ohio River in the middle of the winter for charity. It's awesome. I'm gonna do it this year

We have one like that too, only they jump into the Puget sound, or Lake Washington in Seattle..hmm either way its freezing..I could never do it, I hate cold too much

I just jogged mine, a hilly 5k in about 25 minutes
There were over 1400 people on a tiny little street and I was tripped about 200m in and fell on my face lololol.
