I'm doing a 6K and trying to shoot for about a 24:00. It will be a good indicator for how well I can do 4K when AAU Nationals come around.

alot of schools have a pond jump. but last year the firfighters made the kids get out after a certain amount of time before they would get sick or seriously ill.

We have the Polar Bear Plunge. A bunch of people jump in the Ohio River in the middle of the winter for charity. It's awesome. I'm gonna do it this year Smile
