It'll probably end up being a solid 12-14 mile day, putting my weekly mileage between 66 and 68

My Run Tommorow. . .
Will be epic. We have a large winter storm rolling in: they're calling for 1ft+ of snow. I have XC practice tomorrow morning at 0930, and there is no way in hell I'll be driving. Since I can't drive, I'll run. It's only about 9k to where practice starts, followed by the usual 4-5k warm up. Then a 30 minute tempo run in the park, in the blizzard, followed by a short cool down. I am PUMPED!
It'll probably end up being a solid 12-14 mile day, putting my weekly mileage between 66 and 68

Seasonal Affective Disorder
It's where your mood changes dramaticallt when the seasons change. I think I have reverse SAD. I'm always depressed in the summer but happy in the winter. It's weird.

I swear I have that, sometimes I get so sad in the winter because its always so glooomy. I guess its popular in the northwest because its always cloudy.
My teacher has it and they give you a light box..haha its weird.
