    ass muscles... Empty ass muscles...

Post by hornyforrunning Mon Nov 03, 2008 10:30 pm

um i kinda had a lot of hmk last last week
so i basically sat for like 12 hrs a day from friday to sunday
and on monday when i tried to run...
    holy shit
my legs felt like i jsut got off the moon
it was so hard to pick them up
but i had this before so i just tried running it off
and my legs and everything eventually got back by friday last week
but my right ass never healed
like its obvious that my right ass cheek is smaller than my left ass cheek
so now when i run, i get this ionno like sour stingy feeling
its hard to lift up my right leg, thus i have like no speed whatsoever
my lungs r fine and shit just my right ass
and today during my work out 5x800
i got dicked cuz my legs couldnt move fast enough
the sad part is that finals r in 3 days
    so any suggestions?

Sitting for extended periods of time causes injuries. I also know from experience that it feels weird running after 8 hour car rides. I think you're fine just run easy for the next three days (I'm sure you were going to do that anyway) and you'll probably feel better.
