    Why are you having him help you in triathlon if he doesn't even know it?
    And you don't have to race a half-marathon, just do a run that distance.

    +1, you can do as many 13.1 mile runs as you want without technically going to a half-marathon and racing it

    yeah, why is he coaching u for a triathlon if he knows nothing about it? if your having this many promblems with him and u cant do this half, i would find a different coach
