Obama came to my city on Wednesday for a political rally

like EVERYONE skipped school to go

it was really exciting being involved and a great experience to watch and listen

i took some awesome pictures too

The secret service peeople were like on the roof tops all around us with snipers protecting him. it was cool

has McCain or Obama came to anyone else's area? On tv it describes them as being EVERYWHERE

What city do you live in?

He came here sometime ago, some of my friends tried to go but it was too packed (you know seattle and democrats..haha)

Yeah, he came to Louisville. It was kind of a big deal. Being the Republican who is opposed to Obama and all his antics, I really didn't nor do I care.

um, yes. just because we arn't old enough to vote, it doesn't mean we arn't politically involved.
(me personally though, politics confuse me) but it's still really interesting.

but we have like 600 kids in our middle school and 105 went to the rally
and at the high school which has about 1500, like 400 skipped school to go.

new news. Mcain is coming to La Crosse this Friday.
I think he's trying to win over LaX because if Obama comes, he wants to come too.
I'm not sure if I'll go because this Friday we have an important field trip although it might actually be after school hours, but then I'd have to miss practice, which is a definate NOO.

yea but the majority of the student body moved from the US and their parents still work for US based companies or the US consulate so we still pay attention to all the going-ons in the US.

um, not really north i guess. i would be like 3.5 hours south of amery.
more sort of on the west boarder of central wisconsin.
