Homethey always say they're going to run more than ever in the summer/winter coming up, and then when the summer/winter is over, they wish they'd have run more?

I ran and I ran and I ran. Then I ran some more. And it's paying huge dividends now, I have no trouble with the volume we're doing, even though it's 7+ miles of work at Vo2 max or tempo pace.

Yeah but this winter I think I'm going to run a lot farther with some 5k-10k races thrown in to keep my speed up without doing to much speed. But I have swimming so its going to suck doing all that stuff.
