Re: sinus congestion
I have had it this past week and now I'm pretty much over it. Don't worry though because if it's an allergy or whatnot it will go away once you are outside breathing fresh air. I find that the best way to clean my sinuses is to just go for a run.

Re: sinus congestion
I have it all the time (I have a lot of allergies). As I write I am sniffling lol. I don't think it affects me too much, if it's allergies don't open your windows, and if it's something you get more than once get a sinus rinse.

Re: sinus congestion
You probably have hay fever and all the dust and pollen and stuff like that in the air is probably bothering you. I don't know if there is much you can do. My dad and sister both get hay fever pretty bad in the fall. They take allergy medicine and if it gets really bad they go to the doctor and get a shot. So get some medicine. Good luck with your race on Tuesday.

Re: sinus congestion
I use it every day when my allergies kick up, which is around 5 times a year for about 2-3 weeks.

Re: sinus congestion
Vix vapor rub over the night always gets rid of it for me. Anything you have to snort in your nose only stuffs the shit right back up your nose, it doesn't get rid of it.

Re: sinus congestion
It takes a few days to fully go through, but it helps immediately. If it doesn't appear to work right away keep with it, it should work after a few days.P2 wrote:okay. so how long is this gonna help? im taking it tomorrow.

Re: sinus congestion
I only get allergies in the spring but I don't do anything about it. I almost never take medicine so I really can't help you on this topic.
