yeah i watched that..its not even like a big deal though its just like another record for him i can't wait to see him in beigiing (sp?) crap on ian thorpe for saying he can't break mark spitz record for gold medals. have you seen the interview on the today show with him and matt lauer. you should watch it on youtube.

yeah their saying he might be the greatest olympian everrr like hes so good idk and hes clean like for sure he did some study and took extra steroid tests to make a point that he was clean and that steroids are just uselsess.

The news anchors on NBC told him that his name is starting to compare to Micheal Jordan and people in that famously awesome league ! !

yeahh i saw that. that is like wow and its just sad because he doesn't really get any recognition besides olympic years like everyone knows who michael jordan is and what he accomplished but there still are so many people that are like phelps? what?

so i was watching the trials again last night and aaron piersol?
(i don't know very many swimmers names) had on a pre sweatshirt when he was getting ready for his race i seriously shouted out WOAH! lol its nice to see people other than runners show respect to him.

so brendan hanson didn't make the 200m which he used to own the world record at he was next to phelps the most sure person to go to the olympics. What was just amazing though is how he went right up to all the media and accredited his competitors. he said after the race he turned to the guy who won and was like sonofabitch lol but he knows that they all worked really hard to get there and stuff just like him...i just am so sad.

Aaron Peirsol just tied Ryan Lochte's WR for the 200 back!!!
I've never heard of a WR being tied before... it was very cool

yeah swimmers stay lean but yet pretty defined muscularly throughout their whole bodies. meanwhile we runners look like 10 year old girls attached to massively jacked legs. all legs, lungs, and heart basically.
