    harsh but true.

I might have to agree..we have so many girls on our team who would grab a small and me and my hurdler friend who's really tiny, were left with larges.. yeah. To many that just want to show off their assets. It was annoying,so we were swimming in ours and it sucked.

I laughed at the girls who were twice our size getting smalls, but our coach always lets seniors get first pick then juniors etc.. its retarded.

i got mediums again.. mine are the only ones with spankies not in them... that sucks that your coach told you that but your the same height as me and weigh a lot less so maybe your coach thought you would be the person to tell this because you might be less sensitive than other teammates that are the same size. the smalls are probably needed more. anyway just roll your shorts and heres a tip to not get in trouble instead of rolling the normal roll them in so you cant really tell they are rolled.

If I'm a medium you're at least a large. Female runners are just insensitive/clueless about these things.
so you wear girls clothes? a) girls clothes run smaller b) girls dont like baggy clothes c) in case you didnt notice, you're not a girl d) you suck
If girls clothes run smaller that would mean you're more liable for a large. If my medium uniform is bigger than your medium uniform, and you are both taller and heavier than I am, you would easily be in the smaller uniform. That eliminates a and c.

Does my uniform look baggy to you? Goodbye b.

d is an opinion and therefore can't be taken seriously in this argument. All of your points are gone.

If you don't believe what I said about female runners just read the thread over again, I'm sure you'll find many examples.

d is a scientifically proven fact.

in track we never have enough small warm ups. so I got stuck with a large. it stinks. but towards the end of the season when I wasn't wearing my large pants, my coach gave me either a small or medium Very Happy not sure about cross yet, but things should be better. we're supposed to get new uniforms. & my coaches are usually pretty good with giving me the right size.

mae2937, I can understand what you're saying. you probably just gained a couple pounds & you don't want to wear a medium because of that. but does your team really have shortages with the smalls? if they do then I can see why you might get stuck with a medium, but if not then that's stupid that you can't get a small. if you're 5'7''-5'8'' and weigh 119, then that's pretty small. you may just need a medium cause you're so tall.

also, not all female runners are insensitive/clueless to those things. some may be, but not all tongue

ok sorry i have been off the computer for awhile due to excess amounts of homework, but he did end up giving me a small...the small fits perfect its not to small on me for fk who said girls just want to wear the smaller size but it doesnt fit...infact i still have to roll the shorts...we have alot of small girls on my team but i am one of the smallest so therefore i need the small...and what else oh ya my main point in all of this was dont call a girl fat...because that could lead to eating disorders and it was bad of my coach to tell me i was too big to wear the small that is unhealthy
