me too ...my whole class was pretty bad. for our final exam, our class average was a 48% so we had a huge curve. i went from a 63% to a 88% lol.

We have a XC meet on the first day of school so I won't be going to my last 2 classes since we get out early...the reason I love XC!

That just made me mad. Here they always let 8th graders take either algebra 1 or 8th grade math. Then when I become and 8th grader they quit lettting us do that so I was stuck in 8th grade math.

I don't want meets either. I think it's just because I'm nervous about meets now but hopefully it'll get better. The plus side to meets is I get to see my friends that I compete against from other towns.

yeah same here. they just freak me out so much.

I never use to get freaked out but I'm just kind of stressing about the season because I feel kind of pressured.

yeah i like most invites--i like how many people there are.

Our first race is an invite at the ocean. Its reallly fun but the course sucks =/ . I'm sooo nervous for the invites and our home meet. The other ones not so much.

I especially hate the home meet.

yeah cuz everyone is there from your school i hate when people i know are watching me.

We used to share the best course in the section with Saratoga but now our new one is now around our athletic fields and school buildings, it's practically the definition of fail.

that sounds exactly like ours. It was around the athletic fields then you ran in our forest for a bit then around the school and thru the parking lot. It sucked, 3 laps =/ .

But they built a new building so we have to move it =]
its either around a golf course now or a ski park. not sure.

I actually love our home course but we never host meets except for regionals when we have to.
