    is probably one of the best in a long time. They usually suck and have the same things in them, but this one focuses on the Olympics, so it'll be good. I skimmed through it and it looks decent. Besides, the cover kicks some major ass.

    More like an intermediate. All the beginner plans in their mag are for the people who are just starting to run. In the big running picture I am a beginner but as RW puts it I am not.

    We've always gotten it and I find some of the stuff interesting. It was more useful when I was in like 8th grade (taught me what a tempo run is). I'm kind of growing out of it.
