You're always hurting your ankle. Try doing some ankle strengthening exercises like ankle rolls next time you're healthy.

well i switch it up like every 2 weeks
    right now it is:

35 full body crunches, both sides(lay on your back, hand to your side, move your legs in a cirular motion, to your chest, around until they are straight, and back around. one circle motion)
    250 crunches
    250 side crunches

    1 min leg lift
    Captains chair(2x10)
and then some stuff with my coreball.

no break between the crunches though, go right from the regular ones to the side ones, basically 500.

If he's talking about what I think he is it's like a bicycle. It works your abs pretty well.

    no these are not bicycles

    1. lay flat on your back
    2. put your arms by your side
    3. put your knees to your chest, or stomach, as far as u can reach
    4. just move in a circular motion "around the world"
    5. your legs will bend toward your chest, go around, and be flat like you were doing a leglift then back around to your chest.

    For strength I usually do:

    15 dips
    25 jumping jacks
    15 pushups
    X2

20 minute video- lots of workouts but some highlights are v-sit extend and flex, clams, moving planks, half burpee, bicycles, etc.
