if i eat fast food at least 3 times a week? seriously, i know this sounds really stupid but lately ive upped the mileage and eaten everything in my sight, and i have a sudden crave for fast food every night.

how badly will this affect me?

It's hard to say for sure, because everyone's different, but it will most likely make you sluggish because it has basically no nutritional value.

Also, it's not very filling, so you'll probably be hungry about an hour after eating it, which can be bad and you might end up eating a lot more (trust me, I know this from experience).

"you are what you eat" what have you been eating??

It depends on your "fast food" like mine is usually panda express (chow mein and egg rolls tongue ) .. haha which I believe is a tad better then wendys or mc'donalds. But fast food makes me feel slugish, and gross. (but thats me and not you) I personally would stop, just have some self control! go home and eat instead, you'll save money too.

I know that feeling though, when ever i'm on the bike or elliptical at the gym, its right across from a mc'donalds. ALthough I hate that place, when i'm reallly really hungry and there are people eating in their cars RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE FLIPPIN GYM... :>.<: I have to watch that and it makes me soooo hungry.

Well, doesn't fast food have trans fats? And I don't think you can run trans fats off. They're there forever. But maybe I'm wrong.

I ate out/ ate fast food almost every lunch and dinner for the past two weeks (it was a road trip, what else was there?). I felt really sluggish and tired and the times for my runs dropped by about 30 seconds per mile, so I would definitely suggest eating healthier. If you're hungry, just eat as much fruit, veggies, or grains as you want.
