depends on the swimming workout..I'm better at backstroke, so if we have to do a ton of free then I would rather bike

well, RW was starting to go downhill with the trolls and all the newbies when I joined..so it was probably different then way back when you guys joined. but when I was on RW I didn't want to come here. lol. now I like this better!
