First Captain's Practice

Today.

Should be fun I guess, I'm only schedule for 3 miles easy, so, if we do something hard (lol, we won't) it is just bonus.

How often do you guys have (voluntary) practices, we are going to do them twice a week.

my team ussually has them at the start of the season or whenever we need them. but its not that often since we practice 6 out of 7 days a week.
our first practice is like august 23rd. but captains practice will be in a couple weeks.

We have unofficial practices Mondays and Thurdays

we use to have them everyday, with just a senior or someones parent (i dunno why the parent came...) but the coach would call the senior and tell them what to do.

But we havent had that this year so it kinda stinks =/

But my main coach just got over breast cancer so I dont blame her for not wanting practices, but the assitant coach has no excuse.

I'm not even captain. I've never won a xc or road race overall. You guys must live in the middle of no where.

last year i was captain but i was the only one who actually liked running so i only got 3 people to come to a captains practice...so i gave up after that...haha

It was a JH race.....

pshh. a lot of JH races are easy to win.

We never have captain's practices. This summer we have unofficial practices 2-3 days a week with people who are serious about running... so basically it's just a few of us from varsity and maybe a few others.
