Look at some of the responses he's giving.
He started a thread asking if he could go from 17:43 5k to state champ in one year if he runs 100 mpw over the summer. And he told someone that it was impossible to have a MHR of 220, and if you did you'd be the best athlete ever.

RWHS was trashed but it looks ok now but I'm sure dyestat will keep attacking
