Nope. I'm going to be jogging on the treadmill at 12:00 min/mile.

But I go to the doctor on saturday. Might finally figure out what the fuck is wrong with me.

I don't know. That's why I'm going to the doctor.

But for the past couple weeks I've been feeling very tired, my HR has been high, and I've been struggling to take a full breath.

But for the past couple weeks I've been feeling very tired, my HR has been high, and I've been struggling to take a full breath.

Same thing happened to me the week of champs. Even if you already feel you are, try eating more. Also, try perking up a bit. After I went through my weak phase, I felt like I was giving up. I decided that I was getting slower and for a few days I didn't care about dedication or striving for the best. Then I had a talk with my coach and she told me that no matter what happens in champs, she has full confidence in me and that she couldn't be more proud of me. 5 minutes after that I racing down the straight-a-way like my old self.

So, I'll be your coach. HXC, you're an awesome runner. I can tell from your posts that your dedicated and have a lot of knowledge about training ideas. You're smart to go to the doctor, and no matter what the end result is... I am, and I'm sure many other people on here are, proud of you for not giving up and being the best runner you can be. =))
