I'm screwed

I specialize in distance and do more distance usually so they will probably put a moderate speed on for a little while and then once the miles climb to 5 or 6 they will do a harder and faster pace. The goal is to go for 85% of my heartrate or something so it will probably be around 1 hour.

Idk, your times aren't exactly the best in the world, but maybe they've never had to test a fit person. I like watching the people on House struggle through the treadmill runs lol.

Eh, I'm not a short distance kind of guy but I just turned 13 so keep that in mind. I should drop under 1:50 for the half marathon though because I took it easy on my first and had a lot left in the tank.

do you run for a school team?

Nope the longest distance on my school's track team is the 3200 but I think I'll do track next year. As of now though I just do road races on the weekend.

What about XC?

Our school used to have one but not anymore. Our number 1 runner ran a 27:30. Very sad.

Yep. My middle school doesn't even have a track. My middle school is what I call "rich white trash".

No they did like one 5K but I have no clue what distance they normally raced.
