If you're sub 17 in XC and su 1:57 in track you should be close to sub 4:30.

i just felt really bad today, and not my best. i ran a very embarrising 19:30 today.
i train tempos @ that pace. i just dont feel good @ all. and my calfs hurt afterward.
little rest today and i might try and run this afternoon see how i feel. and see how fri goes.

yeah sub 17 is WAY to easy of a goal cause you know ever body on here can do that on a easy warm up jog Rolling Eyes

And to the 3 races is too much thing I'm doing 2 more 5ks, 1 5mile and 1 10mile before xc season starts.
