Yup, they're legal here. Anyone of any age can buy them as well. I haven't been bothered for years, after I wasted $50 on them when I was 13 or 14, I kinda got over them. And I can't say July the 4th is going to be too popular where I am at the moment

last year I was swimming/tubing in a lake with my friends, and a big butt snake popped out.

&& well, I'm really afraid of snakes, so it was just okay. not an "oh joy streaking day" at the lake. lol
