    No, I don't there is very little information saying the actually work, some even say they increase the risk of cancer, infarct the only good thing I have heard of is they might slightly lower the risk of alzheimers but that was only one study so not fact yet

    i take these vitamin C tablets. like you put them in water and they dissolve and makes an orange drink. at first i didnt really like it, but now i sort of do.

    and I have these vitamin c cough drop things that I eat a lot just because they taste good haha

    I don't take anything regularly. I'll take some Vitamin C if I'm getting sick and I have some around. Otherwise, I try to eat healthy, and eat a lot of everything so I probably get enough vitamins.

    No unless you count the vitamins for kids that taste really good cause I take those cause they're there (I have 2 younger brothers).

    So with these necessities already making me more likely to get cancer,
    do I really want to raise this chance more by taking things that I
    don't need? Chemicals are no way near recreating the complex structure
    of vitamins found in fruit and veg

    okay cool. thanks for the responses.
    i'm thinking about getting a multivitamin but i'm not sure what to get.
    i heard girls our age especially need iron so to get a vitamin with some iron in it.
    but i'm not sure.
    otherwise my mom has just plain C pills around the house...
