Most forums don't have one and for good reason. While some people may like debate I think overall it causes bad feelings among members of the board. On most forums anything that even mentions religion is deleted right away to no compaint, you guys are just spoiled.

The deletion of the said section would include:
    1) Better feelings among members
    2) The return of former members (e.g. trackaholic)
    3) The departure of some unwanted members (e.g. Adonai, WW and all of his sub-accounts [e.g. Butch Cassidy])

If you really have bad feelings towards some of the members based on their beliefs, then that's kind of pathetic.

You know, you don't have to click on the forums you don't want to read...

And I'm glad to see your incredible benevolence towards me. It is simply heart-warming. I'm surprised to see such incredible open-mindedness out of you!

This forum is here to keep the arguments away from the rest of the forum and I think it has been working pretty well so far.

    Hmmmm
How do you know trackaholic would come back?
I don't like the idea of censoring stuff, which in a way this would do, but the arguments people are having have completely moved away from the religious side of things and are now just argueing for the sake of arguing and wanting to attempt to out smart the other of pointless things.

I knew these comments would come, that's why I said these kind of forums weren't allowed on other forums. At least stop the religious ones, they're all the same.

Post by CT Track Mon Oct 27, 2008 10:59 pm

Um, no one is going to agree on what they already believe in. Religion is just more of a hot topic. I'm pretty sure I've been told by an admin that if I don't like it, don't read it. Quite contradictory if you ask me. Many forums don't put it in because that shit happens all the time and then topics get locked. Consider how many locked topics we've had and how many arguments have actually sprung outside of the subforum itself. Also banning someone because you don't like them is absolutely absurd. No one has broken a rule, and if you want to argue that you can look at all the idiots who can't use proper grammar or spelling and ban them too.

I have a lot more to say, but the wing eating and flip cup contest is about to happen so I must go.

No, I like it. Don't like it, don't read it. And if I remember right, the only reason tracko was here was to argue.

Definitely don't delete the whole section, and I wouldn't even want the religious ones deleted. Freedom of speech, people! They really annoy me as well, but meh.
