    I just dont think it tastes good either. Ever since I quit drinking it even if I go out too eat I just dont like it.. I dunno. Plus my parents dont buy it so eh.

    All I seem to drink is Mineral Water, I like everything, I just prefer the simplicity of water.

    I don't drink soda. I've never really liked it much, except for mountain dew which I'm not allowed to drink because the massive amount of caffine make me go sort of crazy. heh.

    i like soda. i don't drink it that often but i get a craving for odd things sometimes and most of the time its things i can't have. i can't have soda during the and running season in school so i bend the rules alot.

    I drink Dr. Pepper a lot on vacation, but other than that I only drink soda if I'm at a party and I'm really thirsty.

    my family doesnt buy...except for b-day parties.....so ya, thats when i have some. i dont mind at all...its just soda. thoes people who are like addicted to soda are kinda scarry..lol

    I have carbonated fruit juice about every two days. As for coke though hardly ever.
    Has anyone ever considered trying that thanksgiving in a soda? thanksgiving soda

    I love soda, but I don't drink it that much. The only time I really drink it is when we go to my grandparent's lake cottage on weekends over the summer... But then I usually have seltzer... occasionaly coke or sprite zero.

    Although the effects aren't really comparable, a glass of beer will have less harmful effects on a runner (once the alcohol is out of the system) than a glass of soda.

    The high sugar just contributes empty calories, adding useless weight that make your heart work harder. The carbonation compromises basic cell respiration, making capillaries less efficient, and making it harder for the mitochondria to use the fuel.

    But of course, just drinking a glass of water would be better than both of them.

    My xc coach was always complaining about me drinking Mountain Dew all the time...so I stopped drinking it when season started. It's kinda funny though because I'll go tell him that I haven't had a Mountain Dew since July but that doesn't mean I haven't had any other kind of pop. lol Just a sprite here and there.
