There's a bunch of proof in prior Chinese documents saying they're under 16, I don't know why it wasn't researched further by the IOC. China will win the gold in team gymnastics and get some individual medals and the IOC will "find out later" that some of them weren't 16 but the medals will stand.

ya your probobly right. Its pretty amazing that some people cant just stand up and be truthful. Not much integrity in some people

Wait u have to be 16 or older to compete at the olympics. During opening ceremonies theres this british 14 yr old kid who is competing for diving.

yeah your supposed to be sixteen or older and supposedly (sp?) it says that the chinease are sixteen but a lot of people have their suspicions me included.

oh i had a question about gymnastics..for their floor routine does anyone know whether they get to completely make up their own or if there is special elements that they have to have in it just basically how that works.

You have to do so much dancing/tumbling in the time period between 70 and 90 seconds. And I know the floor routine music cannot use spoken words. The gymnast must demonstrate skills from 5 required elements, and usually consist of 5 major tumbling passes. The 5 required elements are some sort of turn, a double salto, and I would have to look up the rest.

now their talking about the judges giving unfair scores to the americans which i have to say is true..we just owned two high bars routines and we did not get the score they deserved it was still good but not as good as it shoulda been. they were flawless routines. this is just dumbbbb. and its not just me saying that the whole media is talking about it.

A Chinese guy was doing the floor exercise yesterday, did a move, took one step backward, another step, and then another one (this time out of the ring). He got a 14.9, official deduction: .10. Yeah, right.

yeah i know its not fair at all i watched that whole thing and yeah we were definetly making some mistakes towards the end but idk i don't think we deserved a 12 on that one score and when we were flawless we deserved a lotttt higher than what we got--its just dumb.
