Something easy, I felt really good yesterday and ended up turning my run into something way too fast for base training. I might do a slow eight, or a faster six.

Summer's almost over, and I'm getting more antsy. I'm ready for the season to start already!

I just had the craziest run of my life.

I decided I'd run for 2 hours and see where I could get. I ran way out into the country side, and it got crazy hilly. The only way I can really tell you how hilly it was was that my average pace (time/distance) was 9:45/mile, and I still got a good workout. Crazy shit. I got a little over 12 miles though, which is a distance PR. The uphills were steep and long, and the downhills were barely even noticeable. I'm gonna be pretty sore tomorrow.

He also didn't work out in the PM but wrote about what he did in the PM. In the future, only workouts should go on dailes threads, not "6 miles easy. masturbation later." or "4 mile tempo in the AM. gonna eat some cotton candy in the PM"
