    anyone else who went to camp post itttttt!

    Monday- 1.5 mile w/u 11:27 (that was fast for me though)
    1.5 hard 10:55
    1.5 light 12:27
    1.5 hard 11:19
    1.5 c/d 12:00
    Tuesday- workout #1
    .75 w/u
    7 mile easy run 56:35
    .25 c/d
    workout #2
    Rainbow run - 7 miles
    Wednesday- workout #1
    1 mile w/u
    5 minutes all out x4 (so 3 miles worth)
    .5 c/d
    workout #2
    obstacle course - 4 miles
    Thursday- workout #1
    partner bike/run thing
    biked 3 and ran 5
    workout #2
    5 miles easy
    Friday- .75 w/u
    5 mile time trial 39:07
    .75 c/d


    so the total is 48.5 running miles, which is my highest. Very Happy
    and I'm still running tomorrow so that will be over 50.

    Monday-
    1 mile warm up
    5k tempo which sucked
    about 2 miles of sprint relay
    1 mile cool down

    Tuesday-
    7 mile "distance" run

    Wednesday-
    1 mile warm up
    1 mile easy
    1 mile lactate threshold
    1 mile easy
    1 mile of more fun relay sprints
    3 miles on my own that night

    Thursday-
    5 mile fartlek
    3 miles on my own that night

    Friday-
    1 mile warm up
    sucky 5k race
    1 mile cool down

    Saturday-
    I will do 5 miles before I leave for vacation

    It was only a day camp (nine to noon), so we didn't really run a lot. Right now I am at 35 miles, and after tomorrow I will be at 40. My highest ever!

    And congrats on your mileage pr runxxwild07. It sounds like that was an awesome camp. Very Happy

    My week starts on Sunday and I run Saturday morning, so my week is done. I might do an easy 4 tomorrow which would put me at 54 for the last 7 days, but I'm going to count it towards next week's mileage.

    wed 2.5 (felt crappy after the warmup to my workout, so decided to bail out on it)
    thurs 11
    friday 5.5 (meant to do a double, but forgot about my friends b-day party that night Sad )
    saturday 9 total with 1 miles race today (4:46 full mile)
    sunday 15 miles

    61, easy week next week though.

    I took an easy 5.6 today. I'm at 55 for the past 6 days. I'm gonna do a moderate 7 tomorrow for 62 on the week

    sunday- 4 morning 3 night
    monday- 5 morning 3 night
    tuesday- mile warmup all out mile and 1/2 mile cooldown maybe doing it again tonight just slower to help the junior high girls know where they are going
