That was a pretty fast 5K. But was it a big, well sought-after race?

The significance of this has already been noted. He would've driven 3 hours north to team with a woman 37 years old or older in a 5k.

From my understanding ny is a pretty big city. But it does seem kinda weird.

I don't live in NYC, I'm practically in a whole different state. How many Kyle Merbers are even capable of running a 16 minute 5k? And I don't care how hard he was trying why was he teamed with a 40 year old woman and 3 hours north of where he lives?
