The Question Game....

Ever been hopelessly lost on a run before?

well, one time for track our coach sent us distance kids on a scavnenger hunt run and none of us have alot of common sense i guess and we ran like all the way down town instead of just like 3 miles away from school. it was really funny though because in the end the last destination to find was an ice cream shop because my friend's parents planned with our coach a surprise birthday for him there and (it was a surprisee for the rest of us too) it was really fun. then we had to run back full of icecream

During one of my 22 mile runs, I took a right turn when I was supposed to be going straight, and for one and a half miles I continued, wondering where my teammates were. Finally I remembered that I should have gone straight at the intersection, and I headed back. I ended up doing almost a whole marathon during that training run, but the BBQ after made it worth it. Amazingly I was still able to beat some of the other runners.

What did you have for lunch today?

a cheeseburger. it was good

something fun you did today?

I guess running. Later, I'm going to an Olympics party.

Favorite running shoe?

asics....but i might try some brooks this year...i dont know...im always nervous befor buying stuff i havent used before.

what running shoe brand do you like the best?

Saucony.

not really, only RW and thats just when im bored.

got an older brother, he just graduated high school.
and i have 2 younger sisters going into grades 8 and 5.

does your team go to a camp together.

yeah, we're going august 11-13. doesn't last too long, but it will be fun

only an hour. our administration made it so we cant go farther. stupid power crazy s.o.b's

is your team close

oh, that stinks. ours is only 2 hours away.

yeah, the girls are close. closer than they were last year. there's one girl that is pretty good, but she has supposedly gotten tired of running [she used to love running]. & she doesn't like bonding too well. so we're kinda upset with her, but we still get along.
& boys are just boys. lol. they all seem to get along pretty well & they have a lot of potential as a team.

have you guys been able to have practices together over the summer?

ehh well im not doing xc in college but my hs team didnt. they go to camp in a week. last year me and the other captain tried to organize some practices but most of the girls didnt come because they didnt want to run until they had to

are you watching the olympics now?

no. too busy. unless its swimming and then ill pop it on lol

what sports are on at the moment for the olympics

I have absolutely no idea

Do you watch all the olympic sports, and I mean ones like hand ball and equestrian, or some of them?

aside from track, i'll most likely watch kayaking/canoeing, volleyball/beach volleyball, basketball, swimming and gymnastics. i might watch handball for the lulz though.
